In your paper, be sure to answer the following questions. 

What is the distributive bargaining approach to negotiation? What negotiations have you engaged in that fit within the distributive bargaining approach? Giving at least one example of a negotiation where you’ve used this approach, are you comfortable with your own abilities to negotiate using this approach? 
What is the integrative bargaining approach to negotiation? What negotiations have you engaged in that fit within the integrative bargaining approach? Giving at least one example of a negotiation where you’ve used this approach, are you comfortable with your own abilities to negotiate using this approach? 
Which of these approaches is easier? Which were you better at? What concerns do you have about either or both of these approaches? 

 Since this paper is a more personal assessment of your prior negotiation experiences, you may write this paper using the first person point of view.
