Political Economic Social Technological Legal Environmental (PESTLE) Analysis

Political Economic Social Technological Legal Environmental (PESTLE) Analysis
As a reminder, you will develop a comprehensive strategic implementation plan for the organization you selected in Week 1. During Week 2, you will review a new component of the strategic plan that you will submit later in the course.

After identifying relevant items for each of the PESTLE factors, these items may be considered to determine potential opportunities an organization may be able to leverage based upon the PESTLE findings. Complementary to the opportunities identified, threats are also discovered as part of the PESTLE Analysis. When the opportunities and threats are identified, an organization is better prepared to take appropriate action.
